”Good location but not clean and staff was not helpful.”

”Spark looks like a renovated prison cell block. The room was very stark. Nothing comfortable or welcoming. Upon arrival found the toilet clogged. Better not to go into detail just that a clogged toilet in a hotel room you just stepped foot in. It looks like Hilton wanted to compete with the lowest tier of motel - and ended up offering this horrible place. ”

”Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. ”The room was comfortable, clean, staff friendly, very convenient location. The only complaint is that there was no closet, no hangers, that was inconvenient and don't understand the purpose. Otherwise all great. Breakfast and especially the coffee were great and well done.”

”This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

”I picked this place without checking the reviews which was a mistake - the many bad reviews seem justified - they gave me two full beds instead of a king bed that I reserved; the door security guard fell to the floor as soon as I opened the door (I put it back on but needs fixing) - room seemed to smell a bit probably from smoking. the soap dispenser was empty so I used body soap from the bathroom. ”

”Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great location for our stay. Breakfast (egg white omelette, sausage, fruit cup, pastry, coffee, milk) was better than most others. Definitely will stay there again.”
