”Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Looks far worse than the pictures. Staff is non-existent, you have to call them and they drive over. The room itself was FILTHY, especially the bathroom which in no way was cleaned from whomever stayed last. Two tiny crappy pillows per queen bed. Broken fixtures, holes in walls, window broken and wouldn't lock, dirty towels, light bulb missing, tv barely worked, zero decor, dripping bathtub faucet, pubes in tub, blood on bathroom wall, I could go on and on....

”The room I was given was a connecting room. I was woke up at 7:00 am to being able to hear the whole conversations of the guests in the connecting room. Either very thin walls or no noise control with the connecting room door. Parking lot didn’t look very nice and didn’t seem to be well maintained. I was only recommend this hotel if you need a quick place to stay for only one night. ”

”The pictures show a hot tub but there isn’t one, it was apparently removed. I chose this hotel because of hot tub, need to do better with advertising.”

”Hot breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Lobby was quite lovely and very comfortable. Did not use the hot tub or pool but other guests commented that they were pleased. Employees were very kind and helpful. An unpleasant surprise: 1 $25 "Upsell Early check in" After traveling from Bhm Alabama to Newton and arriving only 2 hours prior to check in time, this was an unpleasant surprise on our bill 2 Although not requiring any maid service, charged $4/day "service fees" These are cheesy...

”Easy to find. Gas station in same parking lot. Room spacious as well as bathroom. All clean. Variety of breakfast options. We will stay there again.”

”We only slept at the hotel (3 nights), but we found the staff to be really friendly and the room to be clean & comfortable. We didn't use the pool - might have if there had been a hot tub. The breakfast was good in that there were hot foods available, but it was not as nice as some free breakfasts, somewhat limited for options and extras. The coffee was not good at all.”

”Did a bed bug check night before and everything was ok. Woke up in the AM, had one crawling on the pillow. My wife had a few bites. Took it up in a zip lock bag to the front office and the attendant didn't want anything to do but get us checked out ASAP. Took the morning to get all of our stuff out onto bags to take home and put into the dryer.”

”Property was clean as was the room. Breakfast did not have a lot of options, but the coffee was hot and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked with what was offered. Staff was very friendly. ”

”Air conditioning unit extremely noisy while running , room 224, shower pressure very minimal, pillows not full small and not to expectation. ”
