”Two days stay with my daughter. Hotel is old beautiful masterpiece, colonial style. Rooms are rather small. Good outside areas for sunbathing. Tasty breakfast. And finally - excellent drivers, we rented hotel car with Driver for 4 days. Want to thank Mr Bandu for safe driving and his professional attentive approach. Thanks to sharing his vast knowledge, we learned a lot on geography, history and tourist attractions of Central part Sri Lanka.”

”It’s a house near the national museum in an area with many embassies. We arrived during cyclone ditmah so there were lots of fallen trees and water but still found it walkable. Staff were friendly and able to arrange tuktuk ride. Breakfast was our first experience of Sri Lankan food and was serviceable in retrospect. There are many cafes nearby. ”

All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We walked or used a tuk tuk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Recommended. ”

”Big dorms with big enough lockers for backpacks. Dorm beds could have a small shelf to keep you phone etc and also a curtain for extended privacy. ”

Kävelymatkan päässä iso ostoskeskus, rantabulevardi, ShangriLan ravintolat jne. Allasalue ei aivan yllä muun hotellin tasoon, mutta sekin oli kuitenkin ok ja tilaa oli. Kaikenkaikkiaan erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde.”
