”We stayed one night in January and the hotel was ok. Only disappointment was that it was supposed to be non-smoking property and it wasn't. Even the room was smelling little bit eventough it was non-smoking nowadays, but obviosuly not for a long time. So if you are very sensitive for things like this, we don't recommed the place but if you don't care about that, it is an okay place. The location is good.”

”Everything you hope for a hostel. We stayed in 6 bed dorm. Bed was firm and ok. We also used the kitchen to cook our own meal. Nice outdoor area beside the kitchen. Location is great. Short walk from bus station and to ferry also. Area is nice to spend one or two days. It is really small town.”

”Good price, Colonia is very expensive. Good location, easy to walk everywhere. Normal South American breakfast. Clean but small rooms. They speak English and they are helpfull but they dont reply your emails...”

”I booked the Royal Hotel for its lower price comparing to few others. Anyway the level of the hotel surprised me. The hotel in general is in quite poor condition, especially the common areas and the corridors. My room was smelling mold. This was maybe the most annoying part of the visit. During a windy night the window was constantly making strange noise, disturbing my sleep. Wifi was cutting constantly in the sixth floor at least. I don't know about other areas.”
