”When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing.”

”Wir waren im Mai 2 Wochen hier und haben den ruhigen Aufenthalt genossen. Die Gastgeber Geraldine und Pierre waren sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Von hier aus könnten wir Mallorca gut erkunden. Wir lieben es Beide etwas ruhiger und haben dies hier gefunden und sind sehr zufrieden.”

”Zeer schoon appartement, met voldoende ruimte en buiten 2 terrassen. Uitzicht is echt schitterend. De zee hoor je tegen de rotsen slaan. In hoogseizoen is het vrij druk op het resort Alua Rocas suites. Dan lopen er veel mensen voor het appartement langs of gaan op de twee bankjes zitten die op het pad staan. Wij vonden dat wel gezellig. Catalina heeft geholpen om ons wegwijs te maken (o.a. de gebruiksaanwijzing van de wasmachine). Ze is heel aardig en reageerde snel als we een vraag hadden. Ook...

”Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. Location/apartment/pool/parking were excellent and we will certainly look to book again.”

”De locatie is perfect, je loopt met een privé weggetje het strand op en je kijkt vanuit het balkon op de zee. Alles is loopbaar, het centrum, grote supermarkt en de haven. Appartement is prima, je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Voor de locatie is een pluspunt en al helemaal als je van het strand houdt 😀”

”The apartment was just as pictured and described. Very spacious, big comfortable beds. All amenities you would need and the balcony was fantastic, pool and sea view and a view of the stage at night. The complex is lovely. All inclusive available (50 per adult and 25 per child per day) but we stayed self catering and went into cala Dor at night for dinner”

”Einfach ausgestattetes Apparment mit sehr schönem Meerblick. Direkt vor dem Appartment ungepflegte Gartenanlage . Offensichtlich befindet sich das Restaurant im Umbau. Deswegen ( provisorische?) Versorgung aus einem umgebauten Wohnmobil . Kein Toaster, Salz und Pfeffer. Badewanne sehr unansehnlich mit nachlaufenden Plastevorhang. Großer Balkon wird durch eine sehr unansehnliche, extrem laute Klimaanlage verunstaltet. Parkplatzsituation katastrophal. Alles in allem viel, viel zu teuer.”

”My friend and I stayed in the top apartment 3a. Cozy apartment for 2 people only. Start with the positives. Fab complex, well looked after and maintained. Pools lovely. Supermarket 5 mins walk as are the lovely bars and restaurants. 15 mins walk to the gorgeous marina with lovely bars & restaurants. Cala 'dor center another 8 mins walk once walked round the other side. So the one bed apartment is small. Lovely terrace. The roof terrace is unusable in the heat as no shade. No sunbeds round the...

”We spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Géraldine & Pierre's accommodation which is exactly as described The appartment is fresh clean and cleverly laid out. It had all the facilities and equipment we needed. The whole place was peaceful and quiet during our stay. We swam every day in the pool at a perfect (for us) 27 degrees, delightful after a day spent exploring the many heritage sites and natural parks of the Manacor area and beyond. Recommended without hesitation”
