”We had a nice stay! The apartment is cute, very close to the beach, some restaurants and also a grocery store. The bathroom was clean and with a lot of space and the shower was large too. One thing that could be improved is the kitchen cleaning, also because we found some used sponges (by the previous guests) and an open packet of chips and the room smelled ‘’closed’’. Anyway we would choose this apartment again! Nice neighborhood, nice town and great home.”

”Pros: Die Finca liegt ruhig und abgelegen,dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Strand und findet Restaurants.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht.Der Hausbesitzer ist nett und der Kontakt unkompliziert. Cons: Kein deutsche TV.Eine Spülmaschine und Markise oder Sonnenschirm über dem Tisch draußen, wäre bei der Sonne angebracht.”

”The accommodation was a typical Spanish villa 10mins from the sea and bars/cafe's. The advert says second bathroom, there is but it is in a block outside. Kitchen had all the utensils you need. Although, could do with some mugs or larger cups and possibly a new coffee maker as this was not a gurgle, gurgle, gurgle more a gurgle ...... gurgle.Generally the place was clean apart from an odour from the inside bathroom in the hot weather, but this soon disappeared by leaving the inside window...

”Pros: Der Privatpool ist fantastisch! Die Lage war jetzt für uns ok… hat gute restaurants in der umgebung. Das obere zimmer ist renoviert, mega schön. Jedes zimmer hat eine klima. Cons: Die Küche hat mir weniger gefallen…bzw. Hätte mir mehr organisation wie z.b 3-4 „gute“ messer gewünscht.”

”Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses wich deutlich von den Fotos auf dem Buchungsportal ab, die vermutlich nach einer Sanierung (vor einigen Jahren) aufgenommen wurden. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht nicht dem Eindruck der Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt. Besonders problematisch war ein Schlafzimmer mit massiv sichtbarem Schimmelbefall und Geruch, der auch im angrenzenden Badezimmer wahrnehmbar war. Das ist aus gesundheitlicher Sicht äußerst bedenklich. Das Schlafzimmer hatte kein Klimagerät, was im April...

"The room, common areas, spa and pool area was tidy and cleaning staff was always extremely helpful with clean towels etc. Staff overall was friendly and accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed. The weather was good during our stay so we only visited the spa a couple of times. German guests used the spa naked, this felt a little awkward for us but other than that it was a nice spa. "
