”We were disappointed with our stay and left early, forfeiting our second night because the noise was unbearable. The property photos are extremely misleading. Balconies appear to face a peaceful forest, but actually overlook a busy highway with constant traffic, loud mufflers, honking, barking dogs, and roosters crowing at all hours. ”The staff were absolutely incredible and extremely helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel definitely lived up to the pictures, it was very pretty. The pool is only available for a short period during the breakfast period which wasn’t ideal for me as it’s pretty early and cold but other than that, it was a good stay. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!”

A 15-20minute walk from the main area but it felt safe to walk and the area itself was nice. Also like that they have filtered water available in the kitchen area”

”This place has two parts, the hotel and a hostel, I stayed in the private room of the hostel part, it wasn’t very good, but the whole place is very nice, like an oasis with a lot of plants, the hotel Part would be very nice.”

”Posada del Angel is a beautiful boutique hotel, everything from the decor to the artisanal soap feels thoughtful and considered. Being there feels peaceful, the place has a lot of soul. It was an excellent base for exploring Antigua. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and always there for anything you needed. The room and surrounds are kept very clean. We had four nights here and were sad to leave.”
