”I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. ”The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was an extra charge on my card along with the security payment. I am still waiting on that refund. They did give me a free stay because of the bathroom.”

”They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace.”

”Clean and nice smelling room. Housekeeper was friendly. Front desk person did his best to find two rooms next to each other for me and my wife and for my daughter and her family. Breakfast was good and all attended.”

The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....

”I checked in around 3 pm. A female receptionist came out as soon as I enter the lobby. Lobby was clean and smelled nice. I did not receive welcome gifts. The next morning there were bunch of welcome bags sitting the back of the front desk so definitely not out of stock. I do not know why the receptionist did not give to me. I was charged $20 when checked in and told that it will be refunded at the time of check out. When checking out, I was told that it will take a couple of days. Now I have to...

”Beautiful historic property in a very cute neighborhood. The restaurant and bars were very well staffed, service was excellent and dinner was delicious, get the coconut cake! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice getaway or en route further south. Hoping for an opportunity to visit again.”

”Got Walmart ice cream at the front desk for $6.50. They made $5.50 on each one of these. Also selling water they got from Walmart for $2.50 the case of water didn’t even cost that much. Horrible, make sure you have your own snacks or you will be bent over and crammed with a fist full of dollars.”
