So we booked this stay because they showed having a pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was the amount of homeless around the property sitting in the parking lot on the curb next to peoples cars. Then when we are checking in, I noticed the pool room, only to be disappointed that they were not available as all pools were drained. We entered our room, a very small room with 2 queen beds. The attention to cleanliness was not there as the pack and play we recieved for our 9 month old didnt look very clean and was falling apart, and there were plastic wrappers on the floor. The heating unit for the room has 2 temps, very cold or very hot, we had to shut it off. The rooms are very outdated and the electrical outlets are very loose, could cause a fire if not fixed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, a very bad stay, we wont be staying here again.
