The Space:

Tonka Estate is the ultimate retreat for families, friends, or groups seeking a spacious, comfortable, and adventure-filled getaway in Colorado Springs. This expansive property includes a main house and a private cottage—two beautifully designed units that offer plenty of room to relax, gather, and make unforgettable memories.

Step into inviting living areas in both the house and the cottage, each designed for relaxation and socializing. Both living rooms feature plush seating, Smart TVs, and plenty of natural light. The open-concept layouts make it easy to gather for movie nights, game days, or shared meals. Guest Access:

🔑 You’ll have full access to the entire property, including both units: Tonka Heights and Tonka Valley. Enjoy the spacious living areas, bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and all outdoor spaces. The private backyard oasis, including the hot tub, barrel sauna, putting green, BBQ grill, fire pit, and vibrant mural, is exclusively yours to enjoy.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
