”Great, clean place with kitchen. Fair rates. Safe, immaculate. Only disappoinment was no continental breakfast. You can order breakfast & have it brought to your room (pre-prepped/instant) but it costs. Kitchen is nice but no pans, utensils. Just a very nice empty kitchen.”

”3000 mile road trip and this was the best breakfast with clean rooms and a nice view. Best Western seems to be improving their game!”

”I arrived at my room 150 to find mold behind the sink, dust and cobwebs on the mirror, countertop dirty. The front door area to the room was an old drop selling with broken panels, rust on supports. In the bathroom water leaking from the heat light. The room was horrible. was moved to room 428 it was a little more livable, but still not anywhere near a 2-star hotel. I would never stay here or recommend any one to stay here.”

”Room was clean. We were on the 3rd floor and it was very difficult to regulate the thermostat. Even though it was below freezing outside, the room was very warm. I had to get up several times to try to turn it down to a comfortable temp. It just kept going back to the same place. Make sure you know how to work the thermostat before going to bed. ”

”This wasn't the first time we stayed here, but this stay was just as wonderful as the few times prior! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. I work late nights and a couple times after I was finished, I went down to the lobby to get some coffee and enjoyed having a conversation or two with Stevie, the gentleman who works the front desk. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious! Quite unique to this property, they also have an evening cocktail and supper hour for all the guests to enjoy...

”The castle itself was great, though my poor self could only afford the peasant housing. I liked the breakfast… great property and it snowed while we were there and was the prettiest view ever.”
