”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all. Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house. Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

”I love this place. Its quaint and beautiful amd the area cannot be beat. There are things about the facility that could be improved but the staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean, and a herd of deer visit every evening. ”

”We came here as a family and stayed for one night. It was the perfect mountain lodge. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and even had some toys. We loved the multi-purpose room with cornhole and ping pong. I highly recommend getting pizza at the restaurant in the basement. ”

”Overall quite pleasant. Definitely an older cabin experience BUT they have made it clean and comfortable. Priced a little high for the condition of the cabin, yet customer service was good. ”

”Originally I booked the airstream as a surprise for my anniversary, and unfortunately the heating element went out so Guillermo was SO nice and upgraded us to his cabañita and it was just beautiful. The community was cute but it also felt very private and the hot tub was awesome! Also went out of his way to make it special and decorated!”

”We just love staying here as it’s close to the entertainment but just far enough off by a park that it's quiet. You can easily get to trails in the area and it’s so nice to be able to get back, shower and be able to enjoy the rest of the afternoon checking out the shops and great food. This place has everything you need including outdoor area when you just want to relax.”
