”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all. Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house. Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

”Our stay at Grand Lodge was wonderful! There was plenty of room for all of us we loved the large, beautiful kitchen where we prepared and enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners. The large deck and hot tub were a great gathering spot as well. We lived the quiet setting in the pines but were close enough for trips into the activities and attractions in Colorado Springs. Great place to stay!”
