”We enjoyed our stay in Woodland park. The home is perfect, good location, home layout is very open, yet cozy and comfortable. There are mule deer and wild turkeys that visit in the morning. Gorgeous view of Pike Peaks when driving into Colorado Springs. The home has the best geographical location to all the Colorado Spring’s attractions. We highly recommend this home. Only suggestions for improvement would be a gate at the top of the stairs, blackout curtains in the front bedroom that go to the ceiling, additional lighting in bathroooms for makeup application.”

”Small quiet 2 br cottage. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location on the westside away from most of the traffic. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. Would recommend.”

”Our family of four (2 adults and 2 HS age teens) had a great stay at the cottage. We were visiting Colorado College for our older son but this ended up being so much more than a college visit trip! The location of the cottage is in perfect for eating out, nice walks and hopping onto the highway to go visit the garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. ”Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice.”
