”This home right on the river was a peaceful home base for a mother-daughter getaway. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the cozy blankets provided and listening to the sound of the river while watching geese. When it got chilly, we went in and turned on the fireplace. Our host had thought of every little detail.”

”This cute pet-friendly house is located in a part of town that provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and well-stocked with comfortable furniture. The fenced yard is perfect for a small pet to stay safely and there is parking for two cars off the street, which is nice for vehicle safety. We had never been to Grand Junction before and used it as a half-way point to meet up and this worked perfectly.”

”We stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom and we couldn't have asked for a better homebase. It was perfect for us four adults. The property sits on top of hill overlooking Pagosa Springs with an incredible view of snow capped Pagosa Peak and the San Juans. We arrived to a clean property, and made full use of the kitchen, played games in the dining room, and took advantage of the firepit for s'mores in the evenings. Downtown Pagosa is no more than a 15 minute walk,...

”The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, very comfortable for our family of 6. We were looking for a place with a private hot tub, so we wouldn’t have to share with random dudes, and it was great to have on a cold snowy night. It’s just a short drive to the Peru Express, which was very easy to get skiers in and out with the drop off parking always available. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!”

The river was right out the back patio, and the garage was a blessing due to the amount of snow that we experienced while we were there. My fisnce snd I had a wonderful time in the hot springs right across the parking lot! Definitely will stay there again! Pray is incredible!!! ”We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.”
