”There was lots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. The shower could have been cleaner. The a/c barely worked at all in the room. We had it set in 64 and it probably didn’t get below 74 in there. The front desk staff were neither friendly or helpful but they weren’t rude. ”Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10”
