”Clean with great service with 24h concierge! Staff is extremely organized and keeps track of all the tour departure times - one time we had missed the updated pick up time, the staff had found us at the breakfast area to inform us of the tour operator’s arrival. If tour starts early, boxed breakfast is also included by the hotel. Complimentary hot tea and coca always available is cherry on the top!”

”the lady at the front desk, Noamie (spelling?), was very helpful. She actually saved our trip to Pachupicchu! She arranged taxi to (2:30am!) and from (10pm) a bus station we had no idea. We had no idea where we were going! At end the taxi took us to the station nobody told us at the time of bokking! the staff was kind! ”

The owner was extremely helpfull and wanted to live great service also The breakfast was good. Hotel is located 1,5 km away from The historic centre so alla tours won't fetch you from this location but hotel Will help you with The bookings and they provide free airport transfer. Rooma are bit outdated and location is not best one but you will receive great service and you van support this...

”Very clean and well maintained property within walking distance of the town square. We were able to easily walk to Saqsaywaman and many other nearby attractions. We booked the Salkantay trek, and the meeting point was conveniently just around the corner. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent,they even prepared a breakfast to take with us on the day of our trek. I would definitely stay here again!”

”Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. The altitude is something you need to watch and many people get the headache and low oxygen saturation levels so you need to take it easy Day 1 and let your body acclimate.
