”The room was dirty, the top blankets stained and the floor not swept or mopped. There was hair, old contact lenses, and dust on the floor. The beds were comfortable enough and there were some good restaurants close by. Definitely a freeway motel.”

”Staff was very nice but there was a huge noisy group of people there that took over the entire lobby and pool. They were drinking and leaving trash everywhere. None of the other guests could enjoy the amenities because they had completely taken over and the staff was not regulating the situation.”

”The hotel met expectations, the room should absolutely be facing parking lot, too noisy on the other side. Service was good, service manager was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast.”

”Room was very nice with new amenities. We had a Mountain View room which puts you on the freeway side of the building. I was surprised by the amount of traffic noise in the room but it wasn’t bad enough to make me want to leave! The rest of the property was very nice and clean. Signage was a little confusing both coming in and leaving but we made it nevertheless. For the price I thought it was well worth it.”

”We had an excellent stay at The Allen House Bed & Brunch. The place was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owner/operators were some of the nicest people you could meet. We even met the father-in-law when we arrived — he was outside landscaping and taking care of the property, which really showed how much pride they take in the place. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding with lots of options to choose from. We had the biscuits and gravy, which were excellent, and they even served...

”It was a nice place to stay and served our needs for the days we were there. The shower curtain rod was a little weak and the internet was slightly unreliable, but the room was clean, the staff was nice, and there were complimentary cookies and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby which were appreciated. The breakfast was also very good.”

”The room was awful!!! The bathroom did not look as if had actually been clean. Hair all over the floors, toilet shower. Tooth paste on sink, mirror was dirty, hair in the bed sheets. Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!”
