This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms, a queen-over-queen bunk bed in the downstairs living room, and a twin size bed in the loft.

• The closer branch of the river to the home, about 30 yards, is a seasonal arm that runs in spring and first part of summer. The main channel is about 150 yards from the house and accessible year round.

• This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras. The first is located at the front door, actively monitoring the main entrance and driveway. The second is located at the door of the apartment, actively monitoring the driveway and walkway. The third is located at the sliding door, actively monitoring the back patio and entrance.
