”I was made to believe that they had several cribs, but when I got there I was told they only had two and both were out. The clerk was extremely rude about it. When my room was done, they did not vacuum and one of the beds was not done.”

”Everything was moist. Felt like I was in a moldy room there was so much moisture on everything! Staff was helpful thpugh not enough people. Location is terrible with poorly signed entrances. Wifi was useless and towels were scratchy. The worst hotel experience I ever had.”

”This place is very old. Everything needs to be updated. Everything in bathrooms need to be replace and room furniture. No elevator, not good for senior and people who can’t take the step.”

”Had a horrible experience. They gave us a room that smelled awful (cigarette smell). The door to the room would sometimes not lock at all and you can push the door open without the card key. The restroom was horrible as the tub looked like it may have had mold and stains. Water did not really get hot. You felt gross taking a shower and just being in the room. We stayed for four days and they did not clean, do the beds, or provide with fresh towels once. A lot of the things in the room were...

”Requested a quiet room and the request was honored. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was very good. We needed a bit later check-out time and that was provided. Lots of parking. Did not use the amenities.”

”Everything was good except everytime you flushed the toilet you'd hear a bang and loud whistling for about a minute. During the day it was fine but 4 people in a room cause I have kids, made it basically an alarm everytime someone used the bathroom. I called reported it but they said they didn't hear anything while they were on the ground floor and on the phone. I do have to say the property maintenance guys work hard and do alot to make the property great you can tell they take pride in there...

”The bar in the lobby with all the seating was a great place for our group to gather. One night someone ordered pizza and that was great, not having to go out. I ordered it the next night and the only problem was that someone not part of our group thought it was free and tried to take off with one. We got it back.”

”The sink in bathroom was clogged and the tub the cleaning lady took the towels and didn't replace the my mom 78 yrs old and the floor in the bathroom was wet no towels and slipped Harriblre expirense”

”The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We didn’t make it to the pool. The buffet was actually great but the pub was disappointing. They had a set menu with very limited options. It would be nice to have more options than just sandwiches.”
