”The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was fine. It was super disappointing to see once we’d gotten there, that it wasn’t a smoke free property. I’d paid to stay there from Friday to Sunday with my 2 young sons, just to get to spend time together & play in the pool. We’d go out there & play with the other kids in the pool, but inevitably everyday, this group of 3 guys would come to the pool. They wouldn’t swim. ”I stay here each time I come to Lexington for business trips and it is always a great place to stay. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast is really good. This is my go to place. I typically stay in higher end hotels and had never considered staying at a Best Western, but one time I came everything was full and I stayed here by chance. I am so glad I did.”

”Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”
