”We loved the size, decor and set up. Perfect for a big group. We initially thought we had a private pool on property, but the pool is hidden in the neighborhood. We finally asked someone in the neighborhood where the pool/hottub was in the picture and found it. Price wise ”

”We had four families sharing the house with 7 kids ranging in age from 5-10. There was so much to keep the kids busy, which we all loved. The kids especially loved the pool and fishing in the pond but they stayed busy in the basement as well. The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need for cooking. There was plenty of parking and plenty of outdoor seating. There were plenty of linens and lots of extra blankets. We had a great time and would love to return again!”

”Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking.”

”This property was easy to find and very well maintained. It was interesting being on a working farm. Caron had a great book with lots of information. She left us some country ham and biscuits. She had everything we could have ever needed. We love all the sunsets & all the fireflies. Our family became Makers Mark Ambasssdors a few years back and we planned this family vacation to pick up our bourbon. We had a wonderful time. Thanks, Caron”

”The cottage is adorable, as advertised, but the mattress is not comfortable, and the bed pillows are too full and firm (woke up with a sore neck). My ratings would be much better with a new mattress and pillows. ”
