”Great option in Pasco! Just 15 min away from the action, very nice neighborhood, close to the park. The hotel was very clean, breakfast - tasty with different options. I was surprised to see the dishwasher and a stove and a decent-sized fridge in our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend! The only thing is of you're a light sleeper, request a room further away from the big road or wear ear plugs because you can kinda hear the traffic from the major road.”

”No river view. Paid for a suite with balcony. Was given a room with no balcony and when I told front desk she had very poor customer service. Furniture in the room was also broken.”

”While our room was super clean the hallways and elevator could have used a vacuum. Hot tub was out of order and looked to have been that way for a while. I wish guests could be made aware of that ahead of time. One front desk person was great!”

”They overbooked, I arrived 10pm at night to check in and there was a giant line. Two families were told to go to the pasco red lion since they had no rooms, one couple got a key and came back within 10min and said you gave us a key to a room that is already taken and a family was in the room when we went in. It was ridiculously overpriced for a crappy hotel.”

”The room is clean, but there is a musty smell. The showerhead has some rust. The walls seem a bit thin because I can hear noise from the neighboring room.”
