”My family and I were in town for my brother's graduation from USC this past weekend and had a great stay at the Graymont Getaway. The house was perfectly located within great proximity to the university and stadium, stores, downtown, and other restaurants. The house was immaculate and provided a very comfortable and relaxing stay for all of us. There is parking for about 3 cars and there is a huge backyard with a deck. The thresholds were rotted and the door and window frames were dirty, rotting, and had mildew all over them. The grill had old ashes in the bottom and hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Lastly the front steps were nice but did not have a railing on them.”

”This property is stunning. It is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in a lovely location. We had a SNAFU checking in but once that was sorted, our week was fabulous. There are parks, shops, and restaurants nearby adding to the convenience of the location. One bit of information one may need to know in order to plan for your stay is that the bedroom is upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs. This did not present an issue for us, but for someone else, it may. ”
