”Awakened at 2:30 AM Saturday night to a commotion across the street. Several adults in a shouting match for over a half hour. Police arrived.”

”I travel to Jeff City weekly for work and this little gem was within walking distance. The house is quite old, as are all in the neighborhood, but the interior is nice. Can't say much for the neighborhood. Very few maintain their yards and there are empty or broken alcohol bottles all over. However, it's quiet during the business week so no complaints there. I can't very well blame the owners for the neighborhood, just providing some details. They've been very responsive to all of my questions...

”Easy to find and lovely house. Nice seating area on back covered porch. We had six friends and it fit our needs well. Having the half bathroom downstairs was helpful. The 3.5 bathrooms upstairs were nice so multiple people could get ready at the same time. We would definitely come back!”

”Comfortable home in an awesome cove with a nice swim dock! Loved having use of kayaks, lily pad and floats. Friendly neighbors, lots of fish and plenty of opportunity for fun! Pillows could use to be replaced and just FYI that the parking is one way in/out so you have to back in or out which isn’t super problematic, just good to know.”

”The property was great. Access to a nice sized little lake with a canoe, two kayaks, fire pit, and great hiking trails on property. It rained a lot when we were down there which had an effect on the well water so make sure to bring pretty of bottled water to drink just in case.”

”Best part of our stay was getting up early, drinking our coffee on the front porch, and watching the hummingbirds! Lovely location. I hope I get to visit again!”

”Perfect gathering place for college friends in COMO for a reunion! Comfy beds, w/nice linens and pillows; property well-appointed throughout! Can’t think of a thing we wanted/needed that we couldn’t find. We took advantage of the outdoor gathering space, and enjoyed a perfect Spring afternoon with other of our friends in town for the same reunion. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!”
