I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.After investigating we found out that bath tub was little dis-coloured and it was not filthy or dirty as you said. The front desk staff also gave you an option to change the room but infact you decided not to take that option and keep the same room and you even asked front desk to give some cleaning liquid. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences.
