The hotel inside was clean but outside this time of year was terrible. It had snowed in IN but stopped for several hours prior. We got to the hotel and 1 handicapped space was plowed and filled. I am handicapped so parking in the main unplowed lot was not feasible but someone had parked right in front of the door and didn't come to move it. I still had to walk on slush and ice but only about 5'. A woman working at the hotel came out and helped me get inside while my husband got our luggage and while the guy from the front desk stood outside smoking and watching us. The next morning my husband had to shovel a pathway for me while the men running the hotel stood and watched. When he asked a guy changing the garbage bags if he was going to shovel the guy pointed to the shovel and told him there you go. I wouldn't complain but my husband is 76. The person at the front desk, the person cleaning up could have taken 5 minutes from their smoke time to shovel. I do want to say THANK YOU to the beautiful young lady who worked there for all her help. She was so kind. The hotel itself was was clean and the beds were comfy.
