Overall the staff was friendly. However friendly did not equate to helpful for the following reasons: dirty/used washcloth in my shower on the curtain rail- oh we are sorry. Another of our rooms did not have a working tv for the entire 3 night / 4 day stay- oh we are booked up and then the last night…oh do you want change rooms. We couldn’t call down to the desk because the phone did not have a cord so EVERYDAY we checked with front desk to let her know the problems weren’t resolved, and it never was. That’s pretty bad but also water was leaking on one of the beds. Lastly when we spoke with the manager about the worst room the response was “she doesn’t see any incident reports”. Now whose fault is that?!!! And is requiring more work to follow up with the GM. This is bad customer service at the highest level and I am sorely disappointed. (Party of 11, 6 rooms).
