I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel is run down and poorly managed. There was no conditioner provided in the shower, and staff were rarely available. I was also told there was no housekeeping, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay.
After flying all night, I was charged an additional $50 for early check-in, despite rooms clearly being available. To make matters worse, my security deposit was taken over a small amount of blood on the sheets — something that is normal wear-and-tear and easily laundered, not damage.
Between the lack of basic amenities, absent staff, extra fees, and unfair deposit charge, this hotel felt more interested in nickel-and-diming guests than providing proper service. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
