The space
This is an attractive red brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a beautiful vintage looking tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice backyard for pets. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!

You'll have your own private entrance to your apartment, and the unit is entirely occupied by only you and your guest. The laundry facilities in the basement and all outside amenities are shared by all four units.
Other things to note
There is private parking off street in the lot in the rear of the building as well as free on street parking right in front of the building.
