The kitchen has full-size stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee station with a drip machine, Keurig, and French press. There's a dining area and counter seating. A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit with starter detergent.

The bedroom has a king-size WinkBed mattress with Frette linens, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower — no stepping over a tub rim. It features blackout curtains and a sound machine to help you sleep like a baby.

There's a dedicated desk with an ergonomic chair, a 50" smart TV with streaming and DirecTV, and fast WiFi dedicated to this apartment — never shared with other units. If you're working remotely or commuting to a nearby office, the setup handles video calls and large files without issues.
