”This was a nice hotel at one time. Not long ago. We stayed on a Friday night and there were only 10 cars in the parking lot. It’s my belief that this hotel needs an upgrade, but simply can’t afford it. It’s such a great location in Port Huron, close to all the wonderful amenities, this town offers, but… the room was dated, the bath mat was stained, the carpet was stained, and the staff was kind but definitely new and inexperienced with dealing with a public. There was a very heavy, musty smell...

”At the front desk they had a posted policy about quiet time beginning at 10:00 PM. Despite that, the person in the next room had his TV on so loud that if felt as though he was in our room with us. This went on all night. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was in pain no matter which way I turned. Between these two things, I was unable to sleep last night.”

”It is close to the expressway if you need to run an errand or two. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice!”

”The room was clean, quiet and the customer service was exemplary. However, the TV was not working. Hotel personnel came to try to fix the issue but it couldn’t be resolved. They did offer to change my room, but I opted to stay since it was very late and I had already unpacked. I would come back because of the customer service. ”

”The room was very dirty, jetted tub was not clean we had to clean ourselves. Holes in walls and curtains, headboard covered in dust, lamps were falling apart. Evening staff was polite and helpful. DO NOT stay here!”

”What a cute motel -very clean and updated-large rooms, nice view of the water. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly! Having the River Crab restaurant right there was awesome. I totally will stay again. If your wondering about this place, wonder no more!!”

”Staff was very helpful We had an issue with getting a Lyft ride but they have a city cab helped us and it was perfect restaurant with food was great The room was clean We had no issues the views were a beautiful I can't ask for a better we will go back”

”Second time staying at this hotel, staff was friendly and respectful, room was comfortable and clean. Parking was free and plenty of spaces to park. ”

”We love this Inn, we go every year. My only complaint is that for the first time our bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were as thin as paper. New pillows, please!!!!”

”Television didn’t work Night manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Said she had a bad leg and couldn’t get up to check out the TV in the room that wouldn’t work.”
