”Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.”

”The room was very clean, staff was friendly and off road parking great. But the place could really do with an update, very tired and uninspiring with a good cooked breakfast but being let down by cheap ingredients. Best bit is coffee out of lavazza coffee machine. ”

”Good points: the flat is massive and has lots of space as well as ample on road parking. The area is quiet and safe. It's mostly clean and tidy although could do with a clean behind beds etc. The bad points - the main bedroom curtains are paper thin so light comes in early. The noise insulation between upstairs and the flat isn't great. The bath plughole needs replacing as it's impossible to remove without using a knife to slide it out. The TV is on its way out as watching anything remotely dark...
