All of the staff were very friendly and helpful: they gave great recommendations for restaurants, driving day trips, and hiking trails. Highly recommend for those who prefer an inn (pousada) instead of a larger hotel.”

”This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map. ”Lovely mountainside property with amazing view of the mountains and lakes. Small size of the hotel meant we got to know the help and informative staff. Food was terrific. A bit of a drive out of Bariloche but worthwhile for us. ”
