”Location is 10 minutes from Old San Juan. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower head was not functioning properly. Whenever I would leave the hotel to come back, you need to ring the door bell. One night they left me outside for 10 min. If having this kind of security is necessary they need to to provide guest w a pin to be able to walk in or out of the property without having to wait for someone to unlock the door id safety is a concern”

”This is a beautiful hotel and the double bed room was huge. The decor is very upscale and the rooftop lounge/ hot tub area is amazing. Now for the cons: The parking situation is not ideal. There’s a garage within walking distance but it’s very easy to get turned around in there. We ended up lost trying to find our way back out to the hotel. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. The pillows were completely flat and the mattress was hard as a rock. Do not expect to sleep well...
