”Hieno miljöö, vanha, viihtyisä ja pieni hotelli keskellä San Juanin vanhaa kaupunkia. Ystäväpariskunnan huoneen seinät olivat OK, mutta meidän huoneessa kaksi seinää oli maalattu valkoisella 'lateksilla', joka kupruili lähes kauttaaltaan - amatöörikin näki, että kuprujen alla oli kosteutta (ymmärtäen kuvittelimme sen olevan viime syksyn hurrikaanin seurausta). Allergialääkkeillä selvisimme, mutta huoneessamme H2 oli kyllä vahva homeen haju. Se harmitti, koska muuten koko hotellin kokonaisuus...

”One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. ”

”Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything. ”

”We really enjoyed this hotel for the helpful staff, the great location and the nice sized rooms with updated bathrooms. This area is fantastic with a lot of great restaurants, a grocery store, museums, and a park within less than 5 minutes walking! It was easy to get to old San Juan, La Placita, district t-mobile and the airport. The air conditioning was phenomenal and even had to be turned down some of the time. We had no issues with the WiFi and parking in the garage was a breeze. I would stay...
