I wish I could remember the name of the person that helped us, but he actually walked over from the office to open the door cause we were not understanding how the second door opened, which was simple, but he came and walked us through process. Friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and go again 😊”

”We are older women and they placed us in this huge two bedroom place which was fine but up two flights of stairs and no elevator. The place itself had half steps into bedroom etc and we continually tripped.”

”Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....

”Arrived at 7pm. Walked straight into the dark,there were no lights on in court yard and all the chairs and tables made it dangerous to walk through without banging into them. The gentleman in front dest was no help. As we approached the desk the gentleman had us waiting for 5-7 minutes while he completed his personal call simply took his time,offered 0 assistance up the stairs with luggage. The phone continuesly rang at from 12-3am and can be heard loudly and we needed to be out the room by 5am...
