”Apparently something was wrong with the water heater or the shower faucet becase the water coming out the shower was too hot or cold. Couldn’t have a medium water to take a shower. My stay was for 2 nights and they did not refilled the coffee in the coffee maker.”

”Love my stay at Aire De Olive. A chic oasis just a few footsteps from the beach. The room was a dream as well, we had an ocean view. The shower was the star of the show, the steam and water pressure felt like you were at the spa. Housekeeping came everyday to clean and the staff were readily available to support with any of our needs. Make sure to grab a drink at AWWA and lay out on the cabanas at the pool on the 2nd floor. ”Great, new hotel. Nicely done. The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-) In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...

”More of an average experience than a true “resort”. Every pool lounge chair was taken by 9am every day, which is pretty ridiculous. No enforcement of “no saving seats.” Couldn’t use the hot tub as it was constantly full of children (should be adults only). Beach was nice although I noticed they refused to set up chairs for people after 3/4 because “the beach closed at 6p” which also seems a little ridiculous. The lunch food was mediocre; dinner at the Ocean restaurant was one is rhe worst meals...

”Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

”I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups.”

”Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! ”

”Only issue is that there was major construction happening in front of the hotel, blocking the entrance for cars and creating loud noises during the day. I would likely have chosen another hotel knowing this information beforehand.”

”I’m sure at one point this was a beautiful, beautiful property but because of hurricane you can see the deterioration of the property. There are areas where there’s just broken off cracked stucco and the second elevator of only two elevators up to the rooms was broken the entire time we were there, and the lobby is beautiful, but it was a ghost town therefore, some of the bars and restaurants were not open for business because there was no business. ”
