”We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda Del Mar! From the moment we stepped onto the property, the warm breezes and relaxed vibe set the tone for the trip. ”Hotel was very convenient to the airport with early morning travel. There was an odd smell on the 3rd floor and bar area. The breakfast was very decent with good access hours. Overall this was a good hotel and you can literally walk to the airport without going outside.”

”Ocean and city view, room was super nice and clean. Nice that beach chairs were included with stay and the staff were all super friendly and kind. Extra bonus was complimentary sangrias at the front desk! The pool was nice and warm and drinks were available. They also had a salon and wellness center to do yoga. I would go stay here again!”

”Estacionarse es algo complicado ya que debes pagar el estacionamiento del cardiovascular si quieres estar cerca. También puedes estacionar en el estacionamiento de recinto ciencias médicas pero hay que caminar un poco más. Es un lugar que puedes utilizar para dormir si estás cuidando a alguien en centro médico. No hay personal de limpieza diario, pero en caso de necesitar algo como toallas limpias puedes caminar al mostrador y pedirlas y te las dan sin problema. Las habitaciones son comodas y...

It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-) In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...

”Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

”Only stayed one night. Booked to cover late flight arrival and they let me in at 2 am after calling the help line..thank you. Kind of loud (exterior street noises) but that was to be expected, per other reviews. No need for staff to come in and announce check out time, I was fully aware of what it was;, very strange , IMO . There is a free public book shelf area that was directly across the street. Thanks to city or whoever set this up. Thanks again for last .minute accommodations.”

”Had such a lovely time! Staff was very friendly and helpful and informative of the amenities and of things to do in the area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great and we appreciated the vouchers to get a discount off of our meals. Will definitely be back as my partner enjoyed the gym and we both enjoyed the pool area as well !”

”Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! ”

”Excellent resort. Comfortable beds and rooms. The pool was really well laid out with spaces for families and couples alike. The restaurants were excellent. Buffet breakfast was so fresh and well stocked. Cocktails were delicious. The beach is beautiful. Unfortunately the water was a bit rough during our stay, so we mostly stayed by the pool. We would love to return in the future. ”
