”After reservation the communication was promptly, when we got there the Room was very clean. We got room#4 it's definitely a minimalist room, enough for my son and I. The staff was very helpful, we really enjoyed it.”

The staff were incredible, especially Edwin and Yeslady who were so kind and helpful. Even with a few mix ups on my end, they made everything easy. ”The first part of our group checked in early. When the second group arrived. Staff just gave key access without checking ID. We choose this hotel because of name status. It did live up to the name nor the cost.”

In fairness the hotel wrote back to say that the ADA room would’ve cost $70 more and my parents opted to pass on the extra cost. When they arrived, they were assigned to the THIRD FLOOR! We were also told there was an issue that would prevent our room from being serviced for 3 days AND we were expected to take care of our own garbage yet we witnessed a number of rooms being cleaned....so not sure how that worked. The only positive experience was Vanessa - the amazing employee on Reception who checked us in. Find another option.”
