”Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. ”

”There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that.”

”Hillcrest Mountain View Retreat is a hidden sanctuary. We hit the jackpot when we were searching for accommodation in the area to attend a wedding. Its location is nothing short of spectacular and the 360 views are breathtaking. Hosts Craig and Paul were so warm and welcoming, and a wealth of knowledge about the local area.
