”Pressed bed linens, non-squeaky spring mattress with great support and cushioned pillow top. Excellent water pressure from all faucets. Low height toilet. No assist bars for shower or tub. Bath towels are in need of an upgrade, thin and scratchy. No microwave but a bar sink, coffee pod machine and mini fridge were handy. Light blocking drapes and privacy sheers made the expansive windows enjoyable. Building seemed to be fairly well sound dampened from street noise. Busy corner but nighttime was...
”Run don't walk to the Hyatt Downtown Vancouver (formerly Shangri-La). Best concierge ever, world-class service. Food and in-room dining are great. Turndown service is amazing. The staff were incredible and had attention to detail like I've not seen in any other 5-star establishment. The interiors of the hotel are so chic and beautiful. I could not highly recommend enough. I will definitely be staying here again. ”

”Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Extremely efficient and helpful staff. We were treated exceptionally well. Our taxi pulled up in front of the hotel and a hotel staff member appeared out of thin air and helped us out of the taxi and collected our luggage and escorted us to check in. Wow!
Our room was beautiful and modern and very clean. The bathroom was huge. The shower was amazing. The mattress was comfortable. Lol our room had a door bell. A staff member checked on us shortly after...

”I loved everything about my 3 night stay at The Fairmont Pacific Rim! What a beautiful and well run hotel! Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well.
