”Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. He handed me another set of room keys.
After 20-30 minutes in our new room, a lady...

”Beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was amazing. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The bathrooms are modern and clean. Our car got stuck in valet one morning because the valet staff went home. It took about 30 minutes to get our car after a new employee came in, and we arrived late to an event we were hosting on this work trip. Given that valet is the only option, it seems prudent to have a backup plan. The bar area was spacious, but the staff seemed eager to shut down each night.”
