”The property was clean and quiet after a long day of fishing, it was just what was needed to prepare you for the next day. It was located next to many walkable restaurants and bars which there no need to drive the car. I pan on staying at this hotel next year as it very convenient!”

”We really enjoyed the fire pit and views in the evening. Location was great. The bedding was comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was convenient for mornings we were on a schedule. Bathroom was small, but we would definitely stay there again.”

”This was my second stay at this delightful harbor hotel/motel and I will def be back. The owners and the staff are so kind and accomodating. They put me in my requested room, which affords for a lot of privacy, and helped me with laundry. I love walking around the harbor in the mornings and evenings, and it is close to many great restaurants, the beaches, and everything you need. Highly recommended.”

”Paper plates and plastic utensils given at the breakfast. What a shame Hilton. I cut my bacon into the table through the paper plate. It felt disgusting. Then, we had to return 1 day earlier to NY due to a wind and rain storm. The reception clerk told us talk to Expedia and they will sort things out making us believe we will get refunded for 1 night. Called Expedia, they called the hotel, the hotel said no refund. So why make us go through the process if you knew we won't get refunded. Be honest...

”Super helpful staff and management and good value for a very well maintained and clean hotel with many amenities. I really enjoyed the fire pits overlooking the bay, the hot tub and sauna, plus the whirlpool bath ensuite (available in some deluxe King rooms).”

”Wall lighting sconces over paint on fixture edge from recent painting. Refrigerator freezer drip tray full of water from defrosting. Tub bottom feels like foam padding underneath and soft, not solid. Need to figure out how to use 2 remotes for the TV. Nothing easy about simply watching TV. I cleaned off the balcony furniture covered with pollen. ”

”My room was not cleaned and not sure why. Other than it, it’s a pleasant stay in this hotel. The best is the location for us as we take two ferries, and the ferry station is right cross street.”

”We stayed over night for a function in town. The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was included, the staff were very kind. Only thing we found odd was that parking was not included in the original booking (it was only $10 I just was not expecting it). Other than that, it was a great stay and I highly recommend.”

”Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great every day, dining area well maintained. Rooms need some serious work, they are very outdated and poorly maintained, although clean enough. Bring your own pillow if you plan to stay, beds are uncomfortable. Back ache every morning. They are trying to improve the outside and there are fun activities with equipment provided.”

”Had a great 2 night stay at the sunbird annex! The room was small but very clean… There was no mildew or crud in the bathroom as so many beach motel bathrooms tend to have! Our room AC malfunctioned during our first night and when we reported it in the a.m., they were very accommodating and immediately swapped it out … couldn’t expect a better outcome! There was also a very nice breakfast included in the price of the room… coffee, danish, bagels, cereal and various hot items…everything was...

”The rooms need to be updated with USB ports. The bathtub needs safety strips because it was very slippery and a fall risk. The bathroom is s sliding door and does not shut properly.”

”I’ll start by saying the inn keeper was very nice and helpful (we requested to move rooms as the one we’d been assigned was not acceptable), but having said that… this property has so much potential but at its current condition is sub-par. The outdoor area has rusty chairs, overgrown weeds, animal droppings on the stairs to the rooftop patio, and is in dire need of an overhaul.
