”The hotel needs serious cleaning. Found trash in our room and the floors were sticky. We stayed because we needed the airport shuttle and in the amenities description stated that it was complementary 24hrs, and that is not the case, they one have 3:00 am and 10:00 am shuttle.”

”This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. My room smelled like someone had just vapped. The bathroom tub was awful had some else’s hair in the tub when I arrived and so did sink. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

”The stay was bad, no one cleaned the room or changed the sheets, stove did not work.”

”Muy limpio y huele muy rico al entrar al cuarto”

”Wanda is an absolute gem of a person and an excellent cook. The room was comfortable and I really enjoyed having my own personal a/c unit. Location was extremely convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. If I’m ever in the area again this is where I will be staying.”

”Super clean, very well maintained, breakfast & coffee were excellent & staff was very attentive!”

”Es per friendly y además de que huele mucho a mascotas, los perros ladran en la noche. De igual manera las habitaciones entran mucho ruido.”

”The bed was very comfortable and they have a lot of tv channels. Great place for the price.”

”Duct tape used to fix torn or broken furniture throughout the facility. Only one ice machine in the facility and it was out-of-order during my stay. Staff frequently leaves the front desk for extended periods of time and guests have to wait 15 minutes or more to obtain service or check in/out. Hot breakfast limited to eggs, sausage and cut potatoes during my four-day stay. Rips in carpet in my room and they charge a $50 refundable deposit upon check-in.”
