Each suite has two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed) and a private sitting area with a couch (pull-out in the pink room; long enough to sleep on in the blue room). Set up for a crowd, the two full bathrooms and one ADA-accessible half bath provide four stalled toilets plus a urinal, five sinks, and two showers with 4"-lip walk-ins.

Equipped with central heating and AC, the space is climate comfortable year-round. The chef's kitchen is a dream, with three ovens, a six burner gas cooktop and griddle, and two dishwashers. The outside former cafeteria is repurposed as a grill room with a gas grill, fish fryer, and large propane griddle. There is even a giant wood-burning offset smoker pit!
