5:00 pm - checked in to room 1. AC did not work
5:45 pm - moved to room 2. Strong odor. Toilet flush did not work.
11:55 pm - suggested a alternate room 3. Did a walkthrough and toilet did not flush.
12:30 - moved to room 4. Realized AC not working. Room temperature was around 75 and did not go down.
With all the luggages to pack and sleeping kids decided to stay. Was so warm kids was fuzzy and we did not sleep the whole night. Vacated the room around 8 am.

”Had 3 adults 2 kids in a 2 room queen suit. With a queen pull out bed too.
The pull out bed was completly broken to pieces with crumbs and do Ritz crackers falling out. So unusable. Which we needed it, and only got that room because it "slept 6" 🙄 so instead my sitter slept on the couch which you would sink into without using pillows in the Crack.
Crumbs all over the floor, they never came to take out the garbage or give us new towels.
