âI really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Alcatraz, everyone was very accommodating and the room was spacious and clean. I had the privilege of being the only guest for most of my stay and it was incredible. I was there for whale watching and every night before I finished dinner I was asked what time I wanted to have breakfast to best fit my schedule. âWhen I booked property it said 3 bedroom house. Instead it is a small motel and they gave us 3 out of 4 rooms and 2 of those had twin beds even though advertised as king. We made it work. It was the only pet friendly option we could find. Also, I booked through Expedia but was forced to download VRBO app to communicate. The map location sent us to the town square and we had to make an international call to get ahold of property owner via VRBO. She was very responsive and drove us to the location...
