It was so much bigger than I was expecting and everything we needed was provided (and more!). The place was private and quiet, immaculately clean and the beds were insanely comfy. ”Incredible location and well designed property. It had everything you could imagine in the kitchen making it very easy to cook and hang out. The beds were very confortuand I liked the wood theme throughout, showing in the kitchen table, the bed backboards and even the shelving in the bathroom. The outdoor beach area was very cozy, although we spent most of our time on our patio looking out at the ocean. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.”

”Wonderful stay at this location , Tom was truly an excellent host and has a perfect home for our annual trip to the island. the home had everything we needed to accommodate a larger group size and plenty of space for us to organize our day field trips. The hot tub was certainly most welcome after long days along with the patio and propane fire place. Tom really cares about the wellbeing of his guests and goes above and beyond to provide a good experience. hands down the best trip ever...
