”The hotel room and common areas were all well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything you need and nothing you don't. The front desk staff was friendly, but need more training. They didn't seem to know how to handle anything other than basic checking in or checking out. For example, checking out a day early when reservations were made through Expedia. The hotel has been open less than a year. I'm sure this will improve with time.”

”Needs updated. did not like that the reception area is behind glass, makes it feel like an unsafe neighborhood.”

”Pool was unusable we did however utilize the taco truck that was on the property.. Excellent service from them.”

”This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!”

”Bay Pointe is a lovely inn. The staff is welcoming, our room had a nice balcony, clean and well-maintained indoor pool. The restaurant was good, fish & chips was the best dish. The grounds are beautiful. For a quiet laid-back trip, it is an excellent choice. The only complaint is they need to find a way to control the flys!”

”The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.”

”My three children and I had a fabulous time spending two fun filled days at The Hampton Inn!! Very clean , Wonderful Staff, Pool Was Fantastic as well as Tge Work Put Room, Delicious Breakfast. Absolutely 5 Starts!!! ❤️❤️”

”Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”

”The staff were very accommodating and friendly but the first night we were put in a room that was destroyed by previous tenants. The smell was unacceptable and I wouldn’t have put anyone in that room. Also, the a/c in that room wasn’t working properly and we found several items left behind and not clean. The staff moved us to a much better room in the morning for our second day. Breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub were both very well maintained.”
