”Room had recently been renovated, but the furniture had not been replaced. Couch was dated, dingy, and stained. Bathroom vanity was damaged. Floor was FILTHY! My white socks turned black from just a small amount of walking around the room. No hot water 2 times during our 2-night stay. Bed was comfy even though the pillows were tiny. Shower was nice (when we had hot water and could use it).”

”I had a great experience staying here. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the property was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I want to give a big thank-you to the staff. My wife accidentally left her necklace in the room after we checked out and the staff found it and kept it safe. I was able to come back and pick it up the next day. I truly appreciate their honesty and kindness—it meant so much to my wife. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay....

”The staff was pleasant but not enough to overcome the terrible smell in the hallway and landing, the exterior door that didn’t close, and the filthy stairway. This all felt like things we could overlook on a short stay, but on our second night our room was infested with cockroaches and there were silverfish in the bath. Had it not already been midnight when we started to feel the bugs skittering across the pillow, we would have left immediately. We paid way too much for these unacceptable...
