”This was absolutely wonderful accommodation, it was by far the best place we stayed in for our 10 days in Newfoundland. There was no scrimping on anything...towels, blankets, pillows, coffee, dishes etc. The view was lovely. It was so quiet and peaceful. Bay Bulls is a terrific place to visit as well. Wonderful people. ”

”This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

”We had such a wonderful time! Check-in was seamless. The kitchen is great if you really enjoy cooking (we did!). Very comfortable beds. We could not stop commenting on how gorgeous the house is. Such a cozy stay and would absolutely stay again.”

”Love the location. Place was clean and had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Kitchen was well furnished. My only complaint it that is got a little warm and the only way to run the A/C was to leave the window unlock, we were not comfortable doing this at night and when we were not there. Ceiling fans or a few box fans would hVe been helpful. Overall a nice stay and easy walk to Quidi Vidi Harbour. ”

”This property was absolutely lovely... our first visit to NL was off to a fine start! It was clean and cozy and made a fabulous start and finish to each of our days exploring the area. Beautifully appointed with everything needed to feel at home in the kitchen and pampered as well. Gordon is a wonderful host! We only had 2 nights to enjoy this spot but hope to come back again in the future. ”

”We loved the apartment. It was spacious and very comfortable. As there was a microwave it would have been good to have a little cutlery and crockery there so we did not have to go to the kitchen and wash things before use. The wall lamps by the beds have the wrong bulbs in them which makes the shades dangerously hot when being used. ”Our family had a great stay at the house. We appreciated the location with easy access to downtown, the off-street parking, and the beautiful view of the harbour from one of the bedrooms. The only suggestion would be to have more pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking. We would definitely stay here again!”
