Tule nauttimaan Kalifornian auringonlaskusta kannella ja katselemaan sen keltaista Tamalpaisen ja San Franciscon vuoria tai rentoudu yksityisellä maisemoidulla etupihalla rauhallisella hyväpalkkaisella alueella. Täysin kalustettu tilava koti. Ihanteellinen suurelle jopa kahdeksan perheelle. Tässä on muutamia sen ominaisuuksista ja sijainnista:
3 BR 2 BA (2000 neliöjalkaa / 186 neliömetriä) koti. Kahdessa huoneessa on queen-vuode ja kolmannessa täysi sänky. Se nukkuu jopa 8 (6 vuodetta 2 täysikokoisessa futonissa). Lähellä BART (juna SF) (1 mailia), Berkeley (8 mailia), San Francisco (18 mailia) ja Napa (30 mailia). Tilava, puhdas ja perheystävällinen. Lähellä ravintoloita ja perheystävällisiä aktiviteetteja, mukaan lukien ilmainen pääsy moniin tenniskenttiin. Paikani on hyvä pariskunnille ja perheille (lasten kanssa). Lähellä Wild Cat Canyon Park (1 mi) ja Tilden Park (1 1/2 mi). Oma suosikki luonnonruokakauppa ja ruokaliite on vain 3 mailin päässä. Katso heidän isänsä kardemummajäätelöä. Ruokakauppa (Safeway) on mailin päässä. Kodissani on kaikki tarvitsemasi perusmukavuudet, kuten Internet-yhteys (wi-fi), suora TV 250 kanavalla. Keittiössä on mitä tarvitset yleensä ruoanlaittoon ja valmisteluun perheellesi ja vieraillesi. Paljon hotellistandardin mukaisia puhtaita pyyhkeitä ja liinavaatteita. Siellä on talossa moderni pesukone ja kuivaaja.

Pyrin tekemään talostani miellyttävän ja vieraanvaraisen. Tavoitteeni on nähdä vieraani lähtevän hymyillen laajalti.

The views were great and we enjoyed this lovely home which accommodated all our needs. We were there for a family reunion and this home was located in between two family member's homes making it a great location betweem Albany and El Sobrante. We would definitely seek out this home again when visiting the bay area.

Graduation Week
We rented the VRBO for about a week for the college graduation of our daughter. Location of the house is in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. House is clean and has 3 good sized bedrooms. Host response time for any email query was prompt. I would not hesitate to go back if an opportunity arose.

Everything fine. Very clean. Quote neighborhood. Water pressure low as pretty much on top of the hills but a spectacular view from master bedroom and balcony. This rental is for the top floor of the building, there is someone living in the lower floor but as build on a hill you still have a yard to the front side and a spectacular balcony view from the backside (SFO skyline and golden gate bridge).

El Cerrito Stay
The house was great, a good location and wonderful location to all things the Bay area has to offer. The bedrooms were good size as were all the rooms. It was nice to be up in the hills and have great views of the Bay & city. Fassil was a wonderful host, he brought us a rolling pin as we wanted to make Xmas cookies and a CD player! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Grocery Outlet store had great prices and was nearby. We would definitely stay again - we loved San Francisco!

Flatlanders visit the hills.
Our family took a trip to visit the Bay Area, and we were very excited when we arrived at this home. The view off of the balcony at the rear of the house is beautiful. Our host was so helpful and gave us tips on how to get around while we were visiting. The home was well taken care of, and all the items needed for our stay were in place when we arrived. Check in was very simple, as was checking out when we had to start on our way back home. I would recommend this home, and host to anyone thinking about visiting San Francico

Convenient location to get around the east Bay Area. Beautiful view of the city, Angel Island and some of the Golden Gate bridge from the back patio. House was clean and spacious. Good communication from owner.

Comfortable, large house with a great host
Fassil was a great, responsive host. We rented the upstairs portion of the house which we liked very much. It's quite scenic to overlook the bay. I'd definitely stay here again. One thing- we couldn't use more than one appliance in the kitchen at the same time as that would cause a circuit overload. Overall the house is maintained well.

A home from home with just about everything you need in the kitchen, lots of dining and sofa space. Keyless Check In was very easy with no chance of losing the keys during your stay. On a clear day the view was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable house with everything we needed for a long weekend in the Bay Area. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. Comfortable and Accommodating
This property was perfect for us - my spouse, adult son and my sister and her spouse. We were attending a wedding at a nearby country club and enjoying the region. The rooms had comfortable beds and linens. There were ample towels and washcloths. We generally just ate breakfast there and the kitchen was well-equipped. There was enough hot water for numerous showers (instant demand hot water heater).

Spacious house for 3 generations with panorama SF Bay view
We were a grandparent couple, a daughter, son-in-law, and their two daughters (12 and 10). 3 bedrooms, 2 baths all located away from the living quarters worked well. Separate area with large screen TV great for the kids. The view from dining, living, and deck of SF Skyline, GG Bridge, Angel Island, Raccoon Strait, Mt. Tamalpais can't be better. Owner/host very responsive, and helpful.

The right place for us
Fassil's place is a lovely, quiet, and spacious home perfect for our family trip to the San Francisco area. There's even a great view of the Bay area. It was a luxury to have this much space for our family and in particular our daughter to convalesce in from her surgery. The kitchen is well equipped and to our surprise even had an excellent blender which came in very handy for preparing smoothies as part of the liquid diet requirement for our daughter. Thanks Fassil.

Berkeley Graduation Visit
We had a lovely stay here. Our daughter graduated this year and we wanted to be in Berkeley for the celebration. It was an easy (and beautiful) drive from the house to campus. The house was clean and spacious. We cooked breakfast and ate dinner in the house while we were there. We especially enjoyed the large dining table. We were able to enjoy the views as we sat at the table.

Nice big house but like most houses on rental sites it needs some care. Kitchen could use some work, not enough glasses. TP or napkins. Owner did bring some napkins when we said something. He was attentive. There were 2 glasses for a three bedroom house. Needed more blankets. And light bulbs burned out all over the house.

Spacious House with View
This is a large, comfortable house on a hillside with a sunny deck that overlooks SF Bay with views of SF, Marin County, Bay Bridge. There is a gorgeous park nearby (wildcat canyon) with short hikes with amazing 360 views over the entire Bay Area. Inside the house, there are multiple sitting areas with couches and two large separate dining areas. Bedrooms are quiet and nicely separated from the living area. Beds are very comfortable. The Wifi is fast. The owner/manager is very responsive and helpful.
