”Pros: The Lodge was great! Beautiful views and all conveniently located to all of the trails and amenities. Front desk staff were always awesome. Diving pool was intimidating but fun!
Cons: Dining options were non existent. They have an on-site restaurant that was still non-existent for the most part. All the negative reviews are correct on the restaurant.
Let me start with this: I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS... This will be the exception. Literally took us 1hr, 40+ minutes to receive food.. only...

”Right off the bat. The property was clean and presented well and the customer service was impeccable.. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The covers were warm. The air conditioner worked. The bathroom was clean and accessible. The spacing was great. I actually have no complaints about this property or my stay from the customer service to the property to the room. It was great. Highly recommend.”

”Well, to tell the truth, there was not too much to like about this property the room, the breakfast or the amenities swimming pool was definitely out of commission hot breakfast consisted of a waffle and yogurt cereal no milk apples in dirty bowls coffee tasted like it was three days. Old hallways weren’t clean bathrooms weren’t clean mice in the rooms. Was there 10 minutes and had three different rooms first one had no water not sure if the air-conditioning work it was so hot in the room second...

”Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...
