”Key card didn’t work first time, second time it let me into a very hot room where the air conditioner would not turn on, third time I got a room with working a/c. Didn’t feel it should have taken that long to get a room”

”Where shall I start? I made a previous reservation to stay at this Days Inn at the end of an 80 mile bicycle ride. About 2pm that afternoon, I called the property to see If I could request a first floor room since I had my bicycle and a small trailer. The person I spoke with was very nice. She told me that she had been trying to get a hold of me because there was a problem. Apparently the property did not have any hot water, and would most likely not have any for a couple of days. ”The facility was very clean and well maintained. I arrived on Thursday afternoon and on Friday morning had two cups of coffee and used the two pouches of dry creamer. I learned the if you didn't put the clean room sign out the only service was clean towels. I stayed from Thursday till Monday and not once did get the coffee replaced. I had to walk across the street to Jack in the box to get coffee. The staff should know older have to have their coffee in the morning and don't want to get dressed...
