”I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.”

”Room was comfortable but seemed to be a lil outdated. Apparently they said they have been renovating. The ice machines on 3 of the floors didnt work. $300/night seemed a little bit pricey for a mediocre hotel.”

”Very spacious and clean room. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. The toiletries were divine :) The free breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, breads, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal. Lovely attendants as well. Our room was above the busy street, so that got a bit loud at times. Would I stay again? Yes! I'd just ask to be in a room away from the street. Another note. Most businesses surrounding the hotel close up at 5p-6p, including restaurants.”

”The room was clean and staff was helpful with checking in and out! Parking lot is small, but the hotel is also not that big. Not a major issue though, it was a nice place!”

”The property was wonderful! The young ladies working the front desk were spectacular! Would definitely recommend.”

”Room needed updating. The carpet was buckled and needed to be cleaned or replaced. The furniture also needed updating. There was no iron in the room. There was no elevator and it was a bit challenging to get to the room with luggage. Grounds were lovely.”

”Wonderful, quiet, clean and comfortable stay! The staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The vouchers toward breakfast at the restaurant next door is a bonus! The food and coffee….delicious! ”

”Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the Sight & Sound theatre. Very clean and lots of food variety. Comfortable atmosphere. Outdoor pool and a couple little variety shops. We enjoyed the stay very much.”

”I have stayed at this property before in the past(2025). They are currently putting a huge addition on, so I get that there’s a lot of dust. But the tops of all the furniture were covered in dust. Clearly the housekeepers didn’t wipe anything down! Not to mention there wasn’t any parking. I hope that next year 2027, they are cleaner. I like the location from spooky nook.”
